What does IQ Center do?

IQ Center is an analytics and artificial intelligence platform that connects to an existing 3CX phone system. It measures what your telephony does not show you — lost calls, answer times, per-agent performance — and then acts: automatically written reports, real-time alerts, AI call scoring, and automatic texts to customers whose call went unanswered.

The problem it solves

A 3CX system records a great deal about your calls, but returns it as reports nobody opens. As a result, most businesses have no idea how many calls they actually lose, at what time, on which queue, or how many customers were never called back. Those lost calls appear nowhere — they cost nothing visible, they only cost sales. IQ Center makes that volume visible, then automates what can be automated to reduce it.

What it actually does

The features fall into measuring, alerting and acting.

Measure: real-time dashboards and wallboard, queue statistics (SLA, ASA, abandons), per-agent performance, advertising number performance
Understand: AI-written reports sent automatically, and an assistant that answers questions on your real data
Alert: notification when a queue drops below target or an agent ignores offered calls
Act: automatic text to the missed customer, two-way SMS inbox, SMS campaigns
Coach: transcription and scoring of targeted calls against your own business criteria

It runs on 3CX today

IQ Center is built for 3CX and works with Pro and Enterprise licences. You change nothing about your telephony, numbers or handsets: the platform connects to your existing server through a dedicated service account and imports your call history. Displayed figures come from 3CX's official report, so they match your console rather than an independent recalculation.

What IQ Center does not do

Worth stating plainly, because this is where both sides waste time.

It is not a phone system: IQ Center does not replace 3CX, it connects to it
It is not a CRM: the platform measures and automates your calls, it does not manage your sales cycle
The analytics platform does not modify your telephony configuration — call data is read-only
The conversational configuration assistant is in development and has not shipped yet

Frequently asked questions

What does IQ Center do?

IQ Center measures and manages a call center running on 3CX. It shows how many calls are lost and why, writes analysis reports automatically, raises real-time alerts when a metric slips, scores calls with artificial intelligence for coaching, and automatically texts customers whose call went unanswered.

Does IQ Center replace my phone system?

No. IQ Center connects to your existing 3CX and leaves it untouched. You keep your numbers, your handsets and your telephony configuration.

Which phone systems does IQ Center work with?

IQ Center runs on 3CX today, with both Pro and Enterprise licences. The platform is built around 3CX call data and connects through a dedicated service account.

How is it different from the reports included in 3CX?

3CX reports present figures you have to interpret yourself. IQ Center starts from the same figures but explains them and acts on them: it names the queue that slipped and the hour where abandons concentrate, writes the analysis, alerts you live, and automatically texts the missed customer.
